• Elevator & Stair Core Construction: The towers were built using cast-in-place concrete with dense rebar cages and a sequenced formwork system. The cores rose up to six storeys and featured pre-formed openings for doors, windows, and mechanical penetrations.
• Formwork and Safety Systems: Each level was formed with modular formwork supported by climbing brackets and perimeter guardrails, ensuring worker safety and efficient construction cycles. Large-scale cast-in-place concrete structure (Water reservoir) surrounded by a natural forested environment. The scope of work includes forming, rebar installation and pouring high-retaining concrete walls and slab.
Key features of the project:
• Structural Walls: Over 4 meters high, the reinforced concrete walls are precision-formed and poured, with integrated sleeves and penetrations for utilities. High wall strength is essential to resist lateral soil and hydrostatic pressures.
